Can't get into bios but windows boots DFI nF4

This is on a LanParty nF4 Ultra-D. I've never seen this before, but I can no longer get into the bios but windows runs fine. When I try to get into the bios I just get a blinking cursor. I have re-flashed the bios several times with the 1-25 bios and the 2-1 beta bios. The flash utility runs fine but still no luck getting into the bios. Any ideas?
