Can't Get HD to ATA100

I have a Soyo Dragon + just put it together. 2 HD in the box, everything is on its own channel. My primary HD is stuck ATA33, my other HD is running at ATA100 like it should. These are both Maxtor drives. All the cables are new ATA100 cables that came with the MB. I downloaded a utility UPDT DMA from Maxtor but that didn't work. Win2k Pro.

Check page 60 in your manual make sure the udma for your drive is set to auto.

Well I ended up putting my DVD and Burner on IDE 1. My two HD on IDE 2. Booted up and everything is working fine, boots faster with the RAID disabled, and my case is a little less crowed with just 2 IDE cables. So I am happy, I guess. Although it would be a little faster with everything on its own channel.
