Despite reinstalling the Windows XP universal driver from both Asus's website and nVidia's, the Windows Device Manager says it can't start the firewire interface (error code 10, can't start).
Motherboard is a rev. 2 A7N8X deluxe. Athlon 2600+ (o/c'd) and 512MB Corsair XMS RAM. Radeon 9800 Pro.
Is there a mystery driver somewhere that I can download/install? I don't find a separate FireWire driver on either company's website. Any suggestions?
It's the only device that the Device Manager flags with an error.
I reeeaally hope this is just a driver issue and doesn't lead to an RMA
