Can't get buffering to work in Sisoft Sandra

I posted this in software a couple of days ago, but didnt get a response

I have the latest version of Sandra Professional. I went to run the memory test and selected buffering from the options menu. However it isnt using buffered results, buffered disabled is still listed under the results menu. Any ideas?
