Can't get a monitor signal

After RMAing my last motherboard, this board is powering fine and all the lights/fans power. The problem is that I can't get a monitor signal. Does anyone have any ideas?

One thing I need to add is that my OEM CPU from TigerDirect arrived with bent pins. I was able to bend them back and the CPU fit in perfectly. Could this be a cause?

My Specs are:
Abit KN8 Ultra S939 (Non-SLI)
AMD 64 4000+ S939
Nvidia 7900GS PCI-X
2X Kingston ValueRAM 512MB PC3200
1X Centon 512MB PC3200
Seagate 120GB Harddrive
NEC 2510A DVDRW

EDIT: I should mention that it goes into sleep mode and doesn't say check signal cable.

The bent pins could indeed be a problem. Have you tried doing a minimal install outside the box?

I am dealing w/ the same issue right now. My pc would power up, all fans and hard
drives seemed to spin, but lcd would just say no signal. After testing all components
in another pc, it turns out to be a dead motherboard (Asus A8N-SLI Deluxe).

Sorry, I'm somewhat new to this. How do I do a minimal install?

Is there any way to narrow it down to the CPU being the culprit?

Minimal install would be unplugging all but the necessary things to start a pc (I.E.- just use 1 stick of ram, power supply, and cpu).

The only way I know how to test a cpu is to try it on another motherboard. Luckily my wife and I both have socket 939 platform for me to test. Do you have any spare motherboards?

Yeah my friend has a 939 motherboard so I guess I need to talk to him

Bent pin on CPU is fairly normal. I would suggest you borrow a "working" monitor from a friend to test it out. Also try to use only 1 RAM stick as suggest from above.

Tried the 1 stick of RAM, didn't work. I've been using this monitor on my Mac G4 so I know it works.

Is the cmos jumper in the "normal" position?

4 pin 12v connector on mb hooked up?

Vid card need/have power connector?

Yes, I made sure the CMOS jumper was set to the default position.
I hooked up the 4 pin connector to the bottom of the motherboard
The video cards fan is spinning so I assume it is getting power.

Sounds like the exact symptoms of my dead motherboard. If your friend has a spare one, try tossing your stuff into it.
