Can't get 133Mhz FSB on a P3V4X w/ PIII 500 (Slot1).

When I push the bus to 133Mhz and reboot... My monitor refuses to give me any sort of visual, that is to say that my system isn't sending a video signal to my monitor. I then shut the system off for a few seconds and then back on where the system defaults to some ridiculously low bus speed, allowing me to correct the settings (change the bus speed back to 100Mhz) and retain use of my PC.

I'd really like to push my bus speed to 133Mhz... and perhaps higher.... Any ideas folks?

Unless your processor is a Coppermine Pentium III 500E with 256KB of L2 cache, you won't be able to push your processor to using a 133MHz FSB.

It looks like you have a Katmai Pentium III 500, which won't do anything much past 600MHz.
