Can't forward emails anymore?

Since 8:30pm ET, I haven't been able to forward ANY MESSAGES to my gmail account...

Looks like your email account either got hacked and used to send spam or someone reported your email as being the originating sender for spam (your email address got spoofed)

Relaying email is something that all email accounts are limited by. So the server telling you your account has exceeded its max allowed relays is a big hint.

Usually allowed relays are pretty high, say 250 or 500 per day. That means you allowed to send/forward/etc 500 emails a day.

Sorry, I hope I am wrong, but this is my experience with such matters so far.
