Can't Find Overclocking Tab

I have a Leadtek WinFast GeForce2 Ultra and I did the CoolBits registry tweak but it doesn't seem to activate the overclocking tab. I'm using the latest Detonator3 12.41 Windows 9x drivers from the Nvidia site as well. Any help please?

I believe you can't use the 'coolbits' hack with the 12.41's. Go and get the 12.60's or the 12.90's to use that hack.
