Can't find my Windows 7

I recently installed Windows 7 on a formatted partion of one of my hard drives, and the next time I restarted, I had the option of booting into it or my original XP. I've since had to reinstall XP, and now I don't get the option to dual boot. I can still see it on the partition from XP, I just can't see it during bootup. Any suggestions?

XP's boot manager doesn't detect Windows 7 so you'll need to reinsert your 7 disc and repair the boot manager. Should take no more than two minutes.

I just did a clean install of 7 and all is well, except now I can't connect to the internet from Windows 7. I'm getting an error code 10 "This device cannot start" from Device manager for my Nvidia Networking Adapter, even though it works fine and shows no error in XP. It shows the proper driver as being installed, but won't connect. Any suggestions?

I'm using 7057. Right now in Device Manager it says the Nvidia driver is installed, but the message says it can't install correctly. How do I bypass the MS driver?
