can't find my "network places" in xp

i was trying to share some files between my computers. i put a shared folder on com2 and it shows up as shared on my network "MSHOME", but i can't find that on com1 because i deleated my network places shortcut when i switched to classic start menu and the icon moved to my desktop. how can i get to that shared folder on com2, how can i get to "MSHOME"?

if in classic mode, is my network places checked under display properties>desktop>customise desktop?

YOu can also open Internet Explorer and type in, "My Network Places."
