Can't find BIOS?

As you can see in my System Rig, I have got a Celeron 466 with ASUS MEW-VM mobo. I want to put some more ram in this baby, maybe a PCI video card and get some more Mhz out of by overlocking it to something higher but there is one problem, my mobo bios is flashed using HP's custom BIOS designed by Phoenix dated Dec 1999 and it doesn't allow me to modify certain things. It does allow clock multiplier but most of the other settings are hidden like enable/disable BIOS shadow etc. I tried looking for Bios @ ASUS site and I didn't find anything. I was wondering if you guys can lead me to a BIOS that would work with this mobo? Its got 3PCI slots, Intel i810 graphics controller/chipset. 2 SDRAM Dimms with currently 96MB PC100 in em(32+64), Mobo has options for 66 and 100Mhz FSB with a dipswitch. Can it support 256Mb chips? Which kind PC100/PC133? Its an HP6540c and on their specifications for this model they say it will only support PC100 128 chips <<--- thats g@y. It also only has a 98Watt powersupply, so would you recommend me to do those things ie. Putting in a 246Mb ram chip, a pic video card an overclocking it?

But I sure want to find a compatible BIOS for this mobo.

You can find exact layout of my board here:

ASUS does not allow flashing their OEM boards with retail BIOSes....for some reason it does not work, so it would seem that you are out of luck with regard to your motherboard.

Secondly, the closest retail boards are the MEW-AM and MEW-RM, which are not quite the same anyway.

It will support 256MB DIMMs, although you will not be able to use the extremely cheap "high density" DIMMs.

Thanks a lot AndyHui. Appretiate your help. :D

I still got one question, will it accept low density PC133? would it improve my performance over PC100 and is it a good idea to have a mixture of PC100 and PC133 or has any harm?
