cant find audio card

i just installed my ECS sis735 motherboard. i installed a PCI audio card, but when i go to win2k's device manager area, i see 2 multimedia audio controller's. i dont know which one is my sonic impact s100, and which one is the ECS onboard audio card... i did disable MIDI in the BIOS, but apparently, win2k still found it. how do i disable the onboard audio card, and install the sonic impact s100?
 
Why not remove the pci sound card, install the drivers for the onboard sound, and then put in the pci sound card again.

On my ECS K7S5A there is much more than just the MIDI to disable to be able to completly disable my onboard sound, I am running XP and it does not see another sound card other than my Live
