I finally decide to upgrade my kids socket 939 Sempron to an Athlon 64 X2 and all I can find are OEM. I'd like the fan and 3 year Manufacturer Warranty all in one. Is buying a new processor off ebay like buying perscription drugs from Mexico?

Any other decent stores besides NewEgg Zipzoomfly and Chielvalue?
