Can't figure out if this is compatible

I think it will. The memory problems usually exist over 1.95v. This one runs @ 1.9v. I would get the ddr2-800 version of that RAM, it has the same volage (1.9v) and sometimes has sweet rebates like $50.
 
Chipset is really all that matters.
See if the memory is compatible with another MB using the same chipset. If so, it's good to go for the Gigabyte.
