Can't figure out how to install 120 MM case fan.

So my 120 MM case fan was getting noisy, so I bought this one

But, I cannot figure out how to install it. Unlike my previous fan which had silicon/rubber screws (pins), this has hard plastic snap in type screws. Those don't even go into the case fan holes in my case.

It has these type of screws

Any help?

What case? Some cases (for instance I think the Antec NSK3480) use threaded fan screw holes which are smaller than normal fan mounting holes.

It's hard to judge the fastener size from the photo, but you'd think that the fan mounting holes ought to be large enough to accomodate those four self-tapping Phillips screws that entry-level fans use (about 1/4" diameter or so). These fasteners are bigger than that?

And it looks like you're stuck with having to make them work somehow, as it looks as though the fan itself has the silicone silencing mounts built in (the yellow pieces), and that aftermarket rubber fan mounts won't work, as the mounting holes look too small.
