If it's not seekable it's probably due to bad header info.

There are utils such as AsfTools (haven't tried it) which can fix this.

You could probably also take it into windows movie maker and simply re-render it and not need to download any new software.

WMM is kinda crap, but it has helped me fix movie files that have been corrupted and such that even premeire would just further screw up. 🙂
