can't enable hibernation

when trying to enable hibernation, i get an error saying "power policy manager could not access the hibernation file"

wtf.

and hiberfil.sys is nowhere to be found on my computer, so how can it be accessed by anything??

Also, Are you running Alcohol 120%? Try uninstalling it and see if that fixes it if that's the case. See Here
