Can't Enable DMA on any devices with Win2000 Server

Is this a BIOS prob? I could do it with Win98, but I see that even though I have the setting on "Enable DMA if Possible," all of my devices are running on PIO mode.
 
I'm having same problem.
Let me know if you get a solution...

I know my hard disk is U-DMA capable (27.3 GB Maxtor) but yet it runs in PIO mode. Ewwww
