Can't Enable Cache on USB 2.0 HD

Windows keep giving me a error saying "The driver disabled the write cache on device \Device\Harddisk1\DR9."
Does this mean I need to use the drivers that came with the drive enclosure? I'm using a SN41G2 with WinXP Pro.
