Cant edit start screen icon in windows 8.1

Hi all.
Can someone help?, I recently noticed that i cant change my start screen tile icons. I've tried to hold the right mouse button on a icon for the option bar at the buttom to show as some tutorials explain but have not yet had any luck.
Help, please.
 
maybe you can't change them because of Group Policy:
Check the settings in: Local Group Policy Editor :: User Configuration :: Administrative Templates :: Start Menu and Taskbar :: Start Screen Layout .

I found that page and enabled it but still nothing.
Do i need to do something else, aswell?
 
I believe those icons are embedded within the app. The only way I know to change them is by using software such as Microangelo Librarian.
