Can't edit profile on myspace...

I recently signed up for a myspace account (yeah, yeah) and I'm unable to update my profile. I enter the info, save the changes, view the changes, but when I refresh my page, the changes do not appear.

Anyone else ever experience this issues? Am I missing something simple?

"I recently signed up for a myspace account"

I'm sorry. Be grateful that you can't change it and just forget you ever signed up

Get used to it... thats only the beginning

myspace = worst coding and servers EVER.

It's almost comical how bad that site performs. Hard to believe it's a real commerical website. I still use it but it drives me nuts. I cant wait for the next alternative site to pop up that everyone migrates too.

With Google signing some insane multi-million deal with Myspace, I'm sure upgraded servers and performance is in it's future.

welcome to myspace.

to get anything to work, you must repeatedly click it over and over and over again until it loads... very slowly and probably messed up/not at all.

it makes the experience great.

I see. Looks like I'm in for some fun.

Anyway, slightly related, what's the best lighting for the optimal emo-esque pose and grainy photo?

😉

MySpace uses multiple servers to handle its incredible load - and has some nasty caching problems because of it. You would think they would only cache pages if the user was not logged in at the time, but judging from the site in general it's not exactly run by top-notch professionals.

No, I'm not adding <div> or any HTML; should I?
