Alright, so I tried to install the latest Vista build off of a mounted image yesterday and it failed. I'm now left with a couple folder on my C drive that shouldn't be there (temporary Windows installation folders from what I can tell, as well as one hidden folder named Boot), and a boot menu that includes "Windows," "Legacy Windows (Pre-Longhorn Installation)," and "Windows Setup." I went ahead and edited the boot.ini file to remove the unwanted entries as I have every time before, but after removing them the boot menu is unchanged. They're definitely gone from the boot.ini file, but something else is controlling my boot.
Does anyone have any ideas as to how to edit/remove this menu?
