Can't do benchmarks - HELP !!!

I try to do some benchmarks to my GF3 Card (Hercules), and I always get results that are equal to my monitor refresh rate.
What to do ?
75FPS in UT (1024X768) with an Athlon XP 1900 and a GF3 card is not realistic .
