Cant Delete a user account in xp pro

evrey time i go to delete an old user acount in xp pro the app just crashes, i have tryed in safe mode. any one know anytning about this? thanks!

Open a command prompt and type:

net user <username> /delete

remove the < > around the username for it to work.
