Can't Decide On A Few Things!

Hi,

My motherboard will be an ABIT AI7 which has 4 x 184-pin DIMM sockets supports 4 DIMM Dual Channel DDR 400/333/266 SDRAM (Max. 4GB). My processor will be an Intel Pentium 4 2.8C Overclocked to 3.4.
Eventually I want to have 2 GB of PC3200 RAM. For now I just want 1-2 Sticks of 512 in Dual Channel and keep adding on 512's. I am looking for the best 512 PC3200 stick out there that works really great in Dual Channel and P4 2.8. It must be under $130 and have good timings.

Since I'm going to overclock this P4 2.8C Northbridge I'm looking for a good HSF. Be specific with a link or something.
