Hi, when I download files from a site in Internet Explorer, I can't download more than 2 files at the same the other seems to be queued because when one finishes, another one starts....

Anyone have this prob?

Yeah, i think that's the problem with IE 5.5 and SP1. Try installing SP2 or IE6.

I believe there is a key in the registry you can change to fix that problem.. Maxdownload something possibly.. I can't recall what it was, but someone here will more then likely know. If I find it.. I will post it

Ahh.. here we are: How to Configure Internet Explorer to Have More Than Two Download Sessions

1. Start Registry Editor (Regedt32.exe).

2. Locate the following key in the registry: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings

3. On the Edit menu, click Add Value , and then add the following registry values:

"MaxConnectionsPer1_0Server"=Dword:0000000a
"MaxConnectionsPerServer"=Dword:0000000a

4. Quit Registry Editor.
