Can't copy XP with SP1

Client gave me a RAID0 setup that had a Devils XP #'s so he changed it to a legal copy and now it won't backup. Tried Imaging, Ghosting and moving XP#'s around still nothing...it goes through the motions but when I try to boot it informs me that it can not find the XP #'s...Out of luck?
