cant connect wired desktop to wireless printer

i have a wireless printer that is installed and connected to a wireless laptop wirelessly.

now i want my wired ethernet desktop to connect to the wireless printer too but i cant!

note the desktop is connected to the same internet and router as the laptop.


heres what i do
- check router setup page.. saw wireless printer... put it in DMZ
- snap in printer installation CD on the desktop
- follow onscreen direction
- auto search for printer.... no find

now this is where im at. have no idea what to do. what to do? how do i make my desktop to print using the wireless printer?

noice the onscreen CD tells me why it didnt find the printer is probly cause i didnt connect the ethernet to the printer? sinc emy desktop is ethernet connected. but it shouldnt be the problem right since i already see the printer in my router setup.... so as long as the printer is connected to the same router it doesnt matter if the printer itself is connecting to ethernet or not.

help!
 
Are you sure that the printer is configured to connect only to the Router an Not doing Ad-Hoc with the Laptop?
