Can't connect to Scour Exchange

My bro just told me to download Scour Exchange, and I downloaded, installed it, but I can't connect... I am using cable modem.....

help anyone?

i can't connect either but i think maybe my school banned it without telling us...i can't access the scour webpage either. that and napster and the webpage. sucks.

I had the same problem with scour. I have a cable modem and it wouldn't connect. I went into TOOLS---OPTIONS and on the bottom you'll see "connection/bandwidth" Change it to use the secondary port and it should work...it did for me!
