Can't Connect To Log-in/Update Servers

I don't know what's going on I can't log-in to league of legends or update any of my battle.net games or update the battle.net launcher, I've never had a problem until this afternoon.. Is anyone experiencing some issues internet issues on the east coast with Time Warner Cable or has anyone heard of something similar happening? I've tried talking with customer support at blizzard and nothing we did in an hour could fix this. Any ideas?
