Can't connect to FTP with browser

Any idea why I wouldn't be able to connect to my FTP server through a browser but can through an FTP client? The server is running Serv-U and I can connect with WS-FTP Pro but I can't with IE or Opera. I can connect to other FTP servers using a browser so I'm fairly sure it isn't my browser settings.

How are you entering the ftp URL?

ftp://username:password@domain.com

I log in with ftp://username@IP address, then when prompted I enter the password.

I can connect through a command prompt as well but nothing through any browser. This is the same server I used to host last years Superbowl commercials and haven't changed anything since with the exception of several Microsoft updates. I've even tried with several different machines and all get the same thing. They appear to log in but no folders show up and the FTP server shows them as logged in. Makes no sense to me...
