Can't Connect to Anything

hello,

Well on a customers computer I cant connect to the internet. I first thought it was a driver issue, so i uninstalled the driver and reinstalled, and that didnt work. Next, I flashed the firmware on the card and updated thinking it was a problem with the card itself, that didnt work. Third, I put a dlink network card in it, a went through all the install processes and it installed fine, now i get the same error message. "Limited or no connectivity" . If you guys would help me I would be most grateful.

1. don't troubleshoot networks like regular computer hardware...
2. Limited or no connectivity means no IP address is recieved, do you have a dhcp server on the network?
3. Is this wired? Wireless? Connecting direct to cable modem? Companies LAN?

nweaver, thanks for the reply. It ended up being a problem with the card itself so I just switched it out with another one and it worked. Thansk for the reply.
