Can't connect through ethernet

So weird . . I have internet through USB. I can also connect a router through
cable modem and enjoy wireless.

But i can't connect via the ethernet port on three different computers.

i even purchased this Rosewill NIC --http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16833166002

I tried the NIC on all three, running Win7 - nothing. Although both yellow
lights are active.

BTW - My GB H67 mobo sees the built in NIC (Realtek) in device manager.

Hate to ask the obvious, but are you 100% certain the NIc is set up properly? When the NIc is installed, what IP address are you showing on it?

I do not know waht USB meant?

To connect more than one computer to the Internet to need a Router.

If you are using a USB connection that comes for the Modem do not use it any more.

Connect the Modem with Ethernet to the Router and connect all the computers to the Router (wire or Wireless does not matter).

If the above does not help, post the Model number of the Modem and Router and explain how everything is connecting one to other (ports that are used).

Have you tried rebooting the router?

Did you install the drivers properly? Are the NICs enabled? Do the NICs have assigned MAC addresses?
