Can't connect in Diablo II with Earthlink DSL

My friend just got Earthlink DSL, but now when he tries to get online with Diablo II it drops his connection.
 
I have Telocity DSL and connect to D2 just fine.

However, the firewall they have built into the service BITES!

Cant play Starcraft, AOE2, or use MiRC= (
