Can't configure MS Outlook inbox without more info

The company I'm with bought some domain names last year to set up our company email. We'd been having email problems for awhile, so we canceled with our webhosting company and decided to go with Bell since they are our Internet provider anyway and owe us a bunch of free email addresses.
When I called Bell, at first they said that they couldn't transfer our domain name and then later, they said they could, so they "set up" the email addresses and said everything was fine.
So I asked them for info to set up Microsoft Outlook, so they transferred my call again and then ten minutes into the instructions, the tech support guy says that they can't configure my incoming mail server, that I have to get the name from mdns service.
So I tried to look up mdns services on the net and found very, very little. Whenever I try to go to mdnsservice.com, my browser can't load it. All other websites I've googled were dead ends.
Come on, how hard can this be to set up a damn email address?! There are billions of them out there!
I even tried to "guess" the incoming server with names like pop.mdnsservice.com, mail.mdnsservices.com etc. No luck.

Anybody out there know what the mail server is for this company? Personally, I don't understand the whole buying and selling domain names thing. I mean, who's to say anybody owned the company name before we bought it, or what right did the company that sold us the name have to it in the first place. It's like me selling land plots on the moon. Anyway, I just want to get this broken email fixed. It's pretty clear that Bell can't help. Maybe one of you guys can.

Thanks in advance

Bell says that mdnsservice.com are the ones we bought our domain name from, and that Bell can't transfer the Domain name, so Mdnsservices is supposed to provide the inbox specs for our email.

Are you sure that is the company name?
The only ones listed are below.

whois record / website
dymdnsservices.com
mdnsservice.biz

MDNS also stands for Managed Data Network Services. Could your current provider be asking you to go to your previous mdns provider???
