Cant clock past 770 with p3 700, Memory wont post 133?

I just got some artic silver and brand new Mushkin pc 133 rev 2.
Well I cant clock it past 770.
The board will not recogonize the memory is running at 133mhz.
If I pull the jumpers on the MSI 8337 board to make the FSB adjustable from 133-166 the system just powers up and sits at a blank screen.
Its as if nothing works with this board. Cant even save the BIOS settings.
Anyone else having similar problems? Possibly something Im doing wrong?
Im this close to scrapping this MSI and going with the New 815e asus.

Many video cards won't run 133mhz FSB if you don't have the 1/2 AGP divider (like on the i815).

My old card worked fine at 124FSB but wouldn't do ANYTHING at 133. Just sit there dark...

So-- I plugged in an old PCI card and booted with that just to prove to myself that it really was the AGP- and it was...

Well it has the divider on it.
Its the MSI 815e PRO.
The board is proving that its not stable at all and most likely defective.
Cant really push the FSB at all.
Going to try a fresh install of windows.
And see how that helps.
