Cant click new topic on some computers

I have this problem on several computers; I just cant click new topic or edit or any of the buttons above posts or at the top of the screen... some computers are ok, but most I try dont work. I tried different browsers on the affeected computers with no success.... HELP!!

They are Java buttons. Make sure you have Java enabled or they won't work.

They also create pop up windows so make sure you're allowing those for the site as well.
