Can't change the fan speed on my 4870 (9.6)

I just updated my driver for the first time in a very long time and now the fan speed is stuck around 23-27% which leaves my temperature at 80C~.

It doesn't matter if I try to manually change the speed or leave it to auto, it's not going up any higher.


I'd like to play games but even CS:S is artifacting because of the low fan speed/high temps.


Help?

Have you enabled ATI overdrive?
