CANT CHANGE EMAIL!!! PLZ HELP!!!

hey,

i registered my email as my highschool school mail but im graduating soon so id like to change it to my hotmail address but i cant seem to manage. i change it in my profile but when i update it says ive been forbidden to post or edit messages.

then i get an email in my hotmail saying what my new password is. the problem though is that the forum only accepts my old password and not the one mailed to me and if i login with the old password my email in the profile is the old one and not the hotmail...

plz help!!
