can't burn a file over 700mb .

Does your CD-RW support overburning? I don't use EZ-CD, so I'm not sure if it can do overburning. Download Nero and try that out.

Have you upgraded your ECDC4 to 4.02d? It can do it. Nero will also do it. But, you must use an extra capacity CDR blank (80 min) because the standard ones are limited to 650 MB.

I have got 80 min discs specially for this issue but they looked like being wasted.
