Can't boot into Safemode with Networking

I'm using Windows XP Pro SP2.

Every time I try to boot into Safemode with Networking, my computer restarts automatically.

It says it's loading d346bus.sys for about 20 seconds, then the restart happens.

I can boot into normal Safemode, and when I do that it also loads d346bus.sys and then continues on into Windows.

How do I fix this problem so I can boot into Safemode with Networking?
 
i think i have the same issue with that sys file, havent tried it in months though. i'll check it out this weekend and post back...
