Cant boot from CD on Foxconn 6150K8MA-8EKRS

im trying to boot a live linux cd - knoppix and have tried to

1. Change the BIOS boot order
2. Select the CDROM as the boot device

and yet Windows XP loads.

im using a winfast motherboard

can someone suggest what to do?
