Can't boot after OC

GA-K8NSC-969, thats my mobo. I have an Athlon 64 3000+ Venice that was previously OC'd to 3500+ 2.2ghz (245FSB 1 / 1.66 mem 4x HTT 1.45 vcore) I changed it to: 301FSB 1 / 1.33 mem 3x HTT and 1.55 vcore and now when I boot it posts and recognized my processor and hard drives but when it goes to the second screen of theboot process all it gives me is a blinking DOS text line in the top right corner of my screen and the same thing happens when I try to go into my BIOS to change the settings... I cannot load the default BIOS settings by holding insert for some reason and I tried to reset the CMOS by taking out the battery but that did not seem to default the bios settings either.... what am I saposed to do?

I know this may sound silly, but did you try the cmos jumper and the motherboard yet?
