Can't afford a new build, but replacing mobo.

My GB 965P DS-3 is beginning to show it's age and I was thinking about replacing it. I also need a mobo with room for an Visiontek TV Wonder 650 without it blocking the fan of my Sapphire HD4850. The P5Q is wider (by a very critical bit) and it appears to be the right fit for me. Asside from that is the P5Q a good motherboard? It only need to last me 6 to 12 months as I think I am waiting for i5 to come out and prove itself before I build again.
