Can't add new songs to iphone after computer re-format

I reinstalled win7 after replacing my hard drive and now I can't add new songs to my iphone using itunes. When I drag a song into a playlist, nothing happens. I also can't add a new playlist. What's up?

did you restore itunes? you probably have to sync again

You'll have to manually manage your music. Did you backup your iTunes library? The actual folder?
