Cant add new network place

I installed a theme that doesnt have the sidebar in the windows explorer. So when I go to My Network Places, I dont see the options of Add a Network Place, View Network Connections, etc. Is there any way to manually add a network place? I've tried right-clicking and refresh but the shared folder doesnt come up.

Any help is appreciated.
