Can't access web server

I have a Linux box, running a web server (the provided httpd/Apache server from Red Hat). I recently moved back to my parents' house, and now no one can access my website, other than the computers networked here at home. I have port 80 forwarded to my Linux box, and am able to ssh and ftp to it from off the home network, and access the internet from the Linux box. I have not changed any settings on the Linux computer since moving home, other than changing the DNS servers to the ones my parents' cable company uses for their cable modems (I had Time Warner's Roadrunner, they have Adelphia's Powerlink). The only thing that I can think of changing is my DNS search path, but I don't know to what (I tried powerlink.adephia.net, but that didn't help). When I initially set up my Linux box at my old apartment (on Roadrunner), the DNS servers and search path were automatically set up. Any ideas on what I can/should do?
