cant access the web

Hello all,
Im really stumped on this, i cant figure this out. Been trying for days. So i have to turn and ask my fellow network geeks =].

So we had our T1 line bonded, 2x T1. So with that, we were given new IP's. no biggie.
ISP tech setup the router etc, after he's done i run over to another PC to check for internet. And everything works, no problems at all. So the tech left. Now im going to other PC's to check to make sure if its ok.
Now the problem is, some computers cant access the web.... they can see internal computers fine(ftp,ping,file transfer etc...). I just cant get out into the web.
doing a ping to google i get "Unknown host google.com." . I do a tracert to google and i get "Unable to resolve target system name google.com."
DNS settings are the same as the working computers. Gateway is the same.

I shutdown the firewall on the PC also.

I dont understand why 3 of my computers cant access the web and every other PC can.
Is there anything i can check on the PC?

Any help or suggestions on what else to look at would be great!

thanks!
laura

Have you tried pinging a site (like Yahoo) with the IP instead of name? (to see if it's a DNS problem or no web access at all)...

209.191.93.52 = yahoo.
