I've got a new account with Telnap and I've got a small problem that I can't ask for help directly cause DeviousTrap is asleep atm 
Anyway, everytime I try to access one of my subdirectories (from a browser - I can access fine from FTP and within cPanel), I get a 403 error saying I don't have permission to access /[insert sub-dir].
I'm wondering if this is something I'm supposed to setup or if this is something Telnap needs to fix (apparently I'm the first account on a new server they have just got so I'm sure there are a few things to get up and running).
(btw, my domain has now propigated)
