Can't Access ONE Website....Halp!

My mother is trying to access http://www.noahshouseofdreams.com. She was able to last week but this week she cannot. User receives the generic "page cannot be found" error in IE and Chrome. She is able to access any other site without issue. I am able to access the site on my system where I live. We live in the same state, just different cities and we have different ISPs. I have Comcast and she has Cox. I had my mother try to access the site on my sister's Mac Pro which resides on the same network and she received and same error. I had her open a command prompt and try to ping both the web address as well the IP associated with the address and both would time out. I of course am able to ping both the web address and the IP without issue. I am unable to explain why this site is accessible to her one week but not the next. Any ideas? Both computers in question on her network are wireless and to my knowledge DNS is set to auto assign.
